This is a two and a half hour course developed specifically for retail, hospitality and facilities services staff to create an understanding of the importance of customer care as a vital economic driver of the business.

The course will give learners the confidence, the techniques and the skills to provide excellent customer care.

Advanced Customer Care Skills

This is a follow on to the Essential skills course and focuses on developing techniques to improve teamwork, develop customer journey mapping, identifying pain points and how to create loyalty.

Personal Development Course

This course is designed for new or recently appointed Team Leaders. Over six modules the aim is to give the learners an understanding of the importance of themselves as individuals and how they can develop their own personal skills and abilities. The final section includes the completion of a Personal Development Plan.

Supervisory Development Course

This course is for Team Leaders that want to move to the next level and details the role of the supervisor, how it works, delegation, and how to develop teamwork. It also covers dealing with conflict, managing priorities and effective communications.

Management Development Course

The Management Development Course offers learners an opportunity to  understand the skills involved in managing an operation. Topics covered include the principles of leadership and management, planning and delegation and conflict resolution.
