We have now released a range of business development courses aimed at helping line staff to develop themselves and to grow into supervisory and management roles.

 The courses are broken into three categories;

  • Personal Development – including a Personal Development Plan.
  • Supervisory Development.
  • Management Development.

The first course helps the individual to fully understand themselves and to set out a clear plan for their own development.

This forms the foundation for the course on supervision which introduces the Learner to the first steps of supervisory management.

The Management Development Course focuses on leadership styles and the  more strategic aspects of becoming a manager.

All courses are designed to be distributed in a distance learning format where each module is emailed to the learner, who then completes a workbook and returns it to the tutor.

This format has some key advantages:

  • It is industry friendly as the learner completes the modules in their own time.
  • The format also allows the learner to absorb the information in their own way and at their own pace.
  • The completion of the Workbook allows the Tutor to gauge that the Learner has understood the material.pastedGraphic_1.png
