Frank Down founded Customer Care Insights and has a strong background in leading and managing high volume customer facing operations, starting in his role as MD of Bewley’s Cafes and later at Bewley’s Hotels.
He has an innate understanding of, and passion for, all aspects of customer care in terms of trends, best practices and strategies to embed a customer-centric culture. His talent is developing and implementing customer focused operating systems and processes that help employees achieve enhanced customer care.
